There
are four magic words you can say that will guarantee your success - "I can
do that!" Not "I will do that" or "I'd like to do that"
or "I think I can do that." You have to believe in yourself and say
"I can do that!" Focus
on the possible When
you begin to focus on what you can do, what is working, what you are enjoying
the most, you begin to attract to you more of the same. Use the Plus/Delta system
- ask yourself what is working and what could be improved. Drop all negativity.
The places that can be improved hold gifts for you - gifts of decisions and new
awareness. If something is not working very well perhaps it does not need doing,
or perhaps someone else is needed to do it or perhaps with a little tweaking it
will be a grand success. What is working shows you where you are aligned with
your vision and passion. Now move the rest of your choices into alignment. Grab
the organic opportunities Notice
what organically shows up for you. I have been consistently "upgraded"
by one person in particular as he hires me to do more and more projects for him.
He sees in me what I had not. And with every project I discover a new facet, a
new gift, a new ability that I can offer others. Notice the opportunities that
are coming your way and consider them all. Then choose those that align with your
passion and move you toward your vision. Expect
the best Our
lives are determined by what we believe we deserve and what we believe is possible.
Why not you? Why not this? Do not settle for second best. Plan on attracting exactly
what you want and be prepared to step up and take it on when it appears. You deserve
it! Watch
the path open up before you Look
at the steps you have taken - the article that led to an ebook that led to a teleclass
that led to a home study course and now you know how to do them all. Look back
over your year and see what you have learned that you are now ready to offer others.
You can do that! Think
as far as you can and then go further If
it's not in your consciousness it has less chance of showing up. As you develop
your business keep raising your vision. Keep refining your "who and do what"
statement. Mine continues to evolve. I have moved from "I help entrepreneurs
move their passion from vision to venue and attract the people they are meant
to serve" to "I help entrepreneurs stay passionately on purpose"
to "I help visionaries believe they can!" All good, all true, all me.
Just me evolving. Expand
your horizons From
where you are right this minute see what is possible for you. The horizons you
can see now were not visable a year ago because you weren't standing in this particular
spot. Now you have moved further along your journey and can see new horizons.
Keep looking at expanding your vision with every new skill you acquire or opportunity
you take. Then look that vision in the eye and say "I can do that!" ©
