Sometimes it's difficult to stand where we are supposed to be when a whole crowd of people around you are doing it differently. I'm new in an MLM venture. I've tried network marketing with health products three other times before and got stuck at the major point of it all, sharing it with others. This time I'm moving through that, I'm finding ways to share authentically, and approach as an educator, not a sales person. But I am going cautiously through this fragile breakthrough while some others are plunging right in. However, I'm still approaching it differently from other people in my cross group and, as has happened most of my life, I seemingly stand alone, having to hunt for the people who are doing it in the way I envision. That doesn't make anyone right or wrong. But I had to take time to sort my reasons. I looked at where I am the happiest.
I stay true to what makes me happy. What gives me joy. What offers me nourishment. Where I effectively touch the lives of others. And I stand tall in the perfect place for me to be. There are others out there who are doing it similar to the way I want to but they are not in my immediate vicinity. I have to go find them. Be with like-minded people where there is mutual support. Don't follow the crowd unless you want to. Don't take it personally if they don't want to do it your way. Don't try to force yourself into something that does not call to you or feel effective for you. Honor how others do it and honor yourself for how you do it. Copy what you can, keep what works, and discard the rest. There is no right or wrong way to do anything. However, there certainly is only one way that is uniquely yours.
